I went to the POEA yesterday and finally had a chance to ask one of the administrators of job applicants. I asked if it is true that POEA accredited agencies are not supposed to ask for any other form of fees for job openings that are for manpower pooling only. This means that even if with POEA open jobs in Canada, there should be no placement fees collected.
